We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new or gently used condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
